Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CarsMonkeys, operated by Dynamic Software Development LLC ("CarsMonkeys", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, whether by email and password or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent or abusive activity.

3. Listings and content

As a seller, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including vehicle condition, pricing, and photos. You must have the right to sell any vehicle you list.

We may remove listings or content that are inaccurate, fraudulent, prohibited, or reported and found to violate these Terms.

4. Buyer and seller conduct

CarsMonkeys provides a platform to connect buyers and sellers; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, any transaction between users. Buyers and sellers are responsible for negotiating, inspecting, and completing transactions, including any required paperwork, inspections, or payment arrangements outside the platform.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Some features, such as additional active listings or photo limits, require a paid plan. Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fees are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to: post unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading listings; harass other users; attempt to bypass platform fees; scrape or misuse the platform; or interfere with the security or normal operation of CarsMonkeys.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to CarsMonkeys, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users.

8. Disclaimers

CarsMonkeys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify vehicle condition, ownership, or the identity of buyers and sellers beyond what is stated in this policy, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarsMonkeys and Dynamic Software Development LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions between users.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of CarsMonkeys after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
